1. Who Handles Your Information

• Summit Mobile Golf LLC operates this website, the online booking system, and our customer communications, and collects the booking fee.
• The Summit Mobile Golf operating company for your event's market, named in your booking confirmation, provides your event and invoices and collects your deposit and final payment. It receives the information needed to do so.

Each of these companies uses your information only as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address
• Event details: location, date, type of event, venue information
• Booking details: package selection, add-ons, payment information (processed through third-party providers)
• Messages: questions submitted through forms, emails, phone calls, or text messages

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we and our third-party tools may automatically collect:

• IP address, device type, browser type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, and general browsing behavior
• Interactions with forms (for example, HubSpot contact and inquiry forms)

This information is collected using cookies and similar tracking technologies, described in Section 6 below. Tools that are not strictly necessary for the website to function only collect this data after you provide consent through our cookie banner.

Payment Information

We do not store payment card data. The booking fee is processed through Acuity Scheduling, Squarespace Payments, and Stripe. Deposits, final payments, and other invoices are issued and processed through the Stripe account of the operating company providing your event. Each payment provider handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

If you pay by ACH, wire transfer, check, or Zelle, the operating company providing your event receives your name, your bank's name, and the payment details shown on the transfer or check, and keeps them in its accounting records. These payments are deposited with our bank.

4. SMS & Text Messaging Policy

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and conversational text messages, including booking confirmations, event reminders, payment confirmations, and customer support communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is used solely to support customer communications and service delivery.

5. How We Share Information

Within Summit. Summit Mobile Golf LLC and the operating company providing your event share your booking information with each other as needed to book, provide, invoice, and support your event.

Service providers. We share information with trusted service providers that help us operate our business (scheduling platforms, payment processors, banks, email and messaging providers, analytics and advertising tools). These vendors use your information only as necessary to perform their services or as described below.

We use the following advertising and analytics technologies on our website:

• Google Analytics (GA4): collects device, browser, and browsing-behavior data to help us understand site usage.
• Google Ads conversion tracking: helps us measure the effectiveness of our ads.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel: shares browsing behavior with Meta to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
• TikTok Pixel: shares browsing behavior with TikTok to measure and improve our advertising on TikTok.
• HubSpot: used for our contact and inquiry forms; form submissions are stored and processed by HubSpot on our behalf.

These advertising and analytics tools activate only after you provide consent through our cookie banner, except for tools strictly necessary for the website to function. You can change your choice at any time; see Section 6 below. Because these tools transmit certain browsing information to the advertising platforms listed above, this activity may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.

Event crews and local operators. We share information with the crews and local event service providers who staff your event, limited to contact details, event location, date, and service requirements. They are contractually prohibited from using customer data for independent marketing or unrelated purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, and HubSpot's contact-form tools. Our booking scheduler (Acuity Scheduling) loads when you choose a package and sets the cookies it needs to schedule your booking.

When you first visit our site, you will see a cookie consent banner where you can Accept All, Reject All, or customize your preferences by category (Analytics, Advertising, and Functional). Tools that are not strictly necessary for the website to function, including all analytics and advertising tools listed above, will not activate until you provide consent. You can change your preferences at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in our website footer.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as a request to opt out of non-essential tracking, and analytics and advertising tools remain off automatically.

Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them; we honor Global Privacy Control as described above. When you allow advertising tools, those companies may collect information about your activity over time and across other websites.

You can also adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some website features may not function properly as a result.

We retain your information only as long as necessary for bookings, legal or operational requirements, safety or liability documentation, and tax and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically and will update the "Last Updated" date when we do. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
