An aluminum-frame indoor simulator with custom-printed fabric panels. Fits inside any standard 10×10 or 10×20 trade show booth. Sets up in under 30 minutes. Every fabric component is fire-marshal compliant.

Inflatable Activation

Our inflatable simulator unit, available with custom-printed graphic skins, in two footprints. The Large is our default for corporate outdoor activations — expo plazas, parking-lot activations, and ballroom-scale indoor venues. Standard is available when venue constraints call for a smaller footprint.

From show name to lead delivery in five steps

  1. Tell us about your show

    Show name, dates, booth size, branding goals. We confirm fit and lock dates.

  2. We handle compliance

    EAC registration, certificate of insurance, fire-marshal documentation — all filed 30+ days before move-in.

  3. You send artwork

    Your design team gets press-ready templates. We print SEG fabric panels (or inflatable skin) with your branding.

  4. We set up on show day

    Two contractors, fast setup, hand-carried in. You walk up to a fully-branded simulator booth.

  5. You get the leads

    Branded lead capture tracks every player. CSV and HubSpot integration delivered within 72 hours of show close.

Activations are priced by event day, with separate line items for custom graphics production, setup and strike, lead capture, and travel. Single-day, multi-day, and multi-show enterprise contracts each have different pricing structures — we’ll send a tailored proposal once we know your show, dates, and branding scope.

What size booth do I need?
Our Soft Wall fits standard 10×10 and 10×20 inline booths and larger island booths. Minimum footprint 8×8 with 8 feet of ceiling clearance. The Inflatable comes in two footprints: Standard (10′ L × 13′ W × 10′ H) and Large (18′ L × 14′ W × 11′ H). Large is our default for corporate outdoor activations; Standard is available when venue constraints require a smaller footprint.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend 45 days minimum. Show organizers require Exhibitor Appointed Contractor paperwork filed 21–30 days before move-in, and graphics production runs 7–10 business days from final artwork. Rush bookings under 30 days are possible at additional cost.
What is EAC and why does it matter?
EAC stands for Exhibitor Appointed Contractor — the paperwork that lets our team set up your booth instead of the venue’s general contractor. Show organizers require it filed 21–30 days before move-in. Missing it means we cannot access the show floor — so we handle it for you.
Do you ship outside Denver?
Yes. We service Austin through Summit Mobile Golf Austin, and Honolulu through Summit Mobile Golf Hawaii. For other markets, we ship the unit and travel a contractor team. Travel is priced separately.
What if my venue has special fire-code requirements?
All fabric components carry NFPA 701 certification, the U.S. national standard. California (CSFM Title 19), New York City (FDNY), and Boston have additional state and city requirements. We file these for you when your show is in those jurisdictions.
Can we use this at a private corporate event, not just a trade show?
Absolutely. The product was designed for trade shows, but it works equally well at corporate hospitality events, sales kickoffs, and brand activations where venue restrictions or branding requirements rule out our standard inflatable.
