Local context

A few things to know about mobile golf in Central Texas

  • Heat-ready setups

Texas summers are intense. Our enclosed simulator is well-suited for shaded driveways, garages, climate-controlled indoor venues, and air-conditioned event spaces. We recommend evening or early-morning setups for outdoor events between June and September.

  • Fits Hill Country properties

Whether your event is on a downtown rooftop, a suburban backyard, or a Hill Country ranch, the simulator footprint fits in most spaces with a standard 110V outlet. Multi-simulator setups are available for larger venues — see our corporate offerings for trade-show and brand-activation programs.

  • Permit-free for residential

No special permits required for residential events. The simulator is delivered, set up, and operated as an appliance — not a structure. For commercial venues, we coordinate with your venue manager directly.

Common bookings

Popular Austin event types

Austin bookings span a wide range. Residential events include birthday parties, graduation celebrations, neighborhood block parties, and family gatherings across South Austin, Westlake, and the suburbs. The downtown and Domain corridors see strong corporate demand — sales kickoffs, client-appreciation events, and team building for Austin’s tech and creative companies. Wedding rehearsal dinners at venues throughout the Hill Country and brand-activation work for SXSW-adjacent events round out the calendar.

Austin & Central Texas FAQ

Common questions about Austin bookings

Do you cover all of Central Texas?
Our standard service area includes Austin, The Domain, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Kyle, and San Marcos. For events in San Antonio, Waco, or further into the Hill Country, please contact us — we can often accommodate with adjusted travel arrangements.
How do you handle Texas summer heat?
Most Austin summer events run early morning, evening, or indoors. The simulator itself is designed for indoor or shaded outdoor use. For midday outdoor events in peak summer, we recommend a shade structure or an indoor space — our team can advise during the booking call.
Where is the simulator based out of?
Our Austin operations are based locally and serve the Greater Austin Area. We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event window for setup and stay through breakdown.
Are you insured for Texas events?
Yes. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and provide Certificates of Insurance (COIs) on request for venues, corporate procurement teams, HOAs, and other parties that require one.
Can you accommodate weekends during SXSW, ACL, or other peak Austin events?
Peak event weekends (SXSW in March, ACL in October, F1 race weeks, and major holidays) book out fastest. We recommend reserving 6–8 weeks in advance for these dates. If you’re flexible on package or timing, we can sometimes find a fit even closer in — reach out and we’ll be honest about availability.
