Local context

A few things specific to running mobile golf in Denver

  • Altitude & elevation

The mile-high air does affect ball flight on real courses. Our launch monitor compensates automatically — your guests get accurate distances regardless of altitude.

  • Indoor or outdoor

Colorado weather changes fast. Our enclosed simulator works in driveways, garages, finished basements, and most weather conditions, so you can plan with confidence even in shoulder seasons.

  • HOA-friendly

No noise complaints, no large-vehicle parking issues. The simulator fits in a standard driveway or backyard with a normal extension cord, which makes it easy to clear with neighborhoods where exterior installations need approval.

Common bookings

Popular Denver event types

Most Denver bookings are private residential events: birthday parties, graduation celebrations, milestone gatherings, and neighborhood get-togethers across the south metro. Corporate clients in the Denver Tech Center, downtown, and the Boulder corridor book Birdie and Eagle packages for team-building and client-appreciation events. Wedding rehearsal dinners and country-club brunches at venues like Pinehurst, Castle Pines, and Sanctuary fit cleanly under the standard Birdie and Eagle packages. Trade-show and large-format brand activations are quoted through our corporate offerings.

Denver Metro FAQ

Common questions about Denver bookings

Do you serve all of the Denver metro area?
Yes, including Parker, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Centennial, Castle Rock, Aurora, Lakewood, and Littleton. For events further out (Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins) please contact us — we may be able to accommodate with adjusted travel logistics.
Can I book outdoor events year-round in Denver?
For the most part, yes — our enclosed simulator handles most Front Range weather. We do recommend covered or indoor setups in the deepest winter months (December through February), and we will reschedule events affected by severe weather warnings. We monitor conditions closely and stay in close contact in the days leading up to your event.
Where is the simulator stored and based out of?
Our Denver operations are based in the south metro. This means we can typically arrive on-site for setup an hour or two before your event window, and we keep the equipment thoroughly maintained between bookings.
Are you insured for events in Colorado?
Yes. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request for venues, HOAs, corporate procurement teams, and other parties that require it.
Can you set up at mountain venues outside the metro area?
For events in mountain communities like Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen, or Steamboat, we can sometimes accommodate with adjusted travel logistics and lead time. Reach out with your dates and venue details — we evaluate mountain-corridor requests on a case-by-case basis depending on access, on-site power, and the season.
