Start with the right package
Summit Mobile Golf offers three standard packages — Par (3 hours), Birdie (4 hours), and Eagle (6 hours) — each including equipment, setup, breakdown, and a dedicated on-site attendant. The right package depends on two things: how long your event runs and how many guests you expect to rotate through.
- Par (3 hours) — Best when the simulator is one of several activities and you want a fun highlight without committing to a full evening. Works well for smaller gatherings under 30 guests.
- Birdie (4 hours) — Our most-booked package. Ideal for birthday parties, graduations, and backyard gatherings with steady guest flow. Comfortably handles 30–60 guests.
- Eagle (6 hours) — Built for crowds. Block parties, milestone events, and longer receptions where guests come and go throughout the day. Best for 60+ guests.
For corporate events, weddings with specific tournament formats, or anything requiring custom branding, our corporate offerings are worth exploring.
“The 4-hour Birdie package is the sweet spot for most backyard parties. It’s long enough that guests aren’t waiting, short enough that it stays exciting the whole time.”
Know your space requirements
This is the most common question we get, and the good news is that most standard backyards, driveways, garages, and indoor venues qualify without any modifications.
Our Standard Inflatable requires a minimum area of approximately 10 ft wide × 15 ft deep × 10 ft tall. Allow an additional 2–3 ft of clearance behind the hitting mat so guests can take a full swing. Our XL Inflatable (18 ft × 14 ft × 11 ft) is suited for larger venues and corporate activations.
You’ll also need a standard 110V outlet within approximately 50 feet of the setup location. If power isn’t available, we offer a battery generator add-on at booking.
Still unsure if your space works? Send us photos when you submit your inquiry — we’ll confirm before you commit to anything.
Plan for your guests, not just the simulator
The simulator is the anchor activity, but the best events weave it into the broader party flow rather than making it the only thing happening. A few things that work well:
- Tournament brackets — Our attendant can run closest-to-the-pin or long drive competitions with a live leaderboard. Guests who aren’t hitting are invested in watching.
- Rotation management — For parties with 30+ guests, we recommend designating 3–5 minutes per player. The attendant handles this, but setting the expectation at the start of the event helps.
- Beginner-friendly modes — Don’t assume everyone golfs. The simulator has casual game modes that work for guests who’ve never held a club.
- Junior clubs — Request these at booking if children will be attending. We bring them automatically once confirmed.
The day-of timeline
Planning a smooth event is easier when you know what to expect:
- T-minus 60 min: Our team arrives and begins setup. Keep the setup area clear so we can work efficiently.
- T-minus 15 min: Calibration and test swings. We do a quick run-through before guests arrive.
- Event start: Attendant introduces the simulator to your guests and gets the first rotation going.
- Throughout the event: Attendant manages the queue, coaches guests, and adjusts game modes on request.
- Event end: We break down everything. You don’t lift a finger — we even bring the extension cords.
