We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event to complete setup.

Step 1: Booking

The booking process starts with a small hold — just $20 — to lock your date on our calendar. Once you place the hold, a team member reviews your event details (location, timing, space) and follows up within one business day to confirm everything works.

After confirmation, a 50% deposit locks in the booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. You can book online 24/7 or reach out via the contact form if you have questions first.

Step 2: The equipment we bring

Every booking includes the full simulator setup — nothing is rented separately:

  • Tour-grade Foresight launch monitor — Accurate ball tracking with shot data (ball speed, launch angle, spin, carry distance)
  • 4K projector — High-resolution projection on a 12×9 ft impact screen
  • Inflatable enclosure — Fully enclosed hitting bay that works indoors and outdoors
  • Premium turf hitting mat — Realistic feel with realistic lie simulation
  • Full club sets — Driver through wedge, plus putter. Junior sets available on request.
  • All cabling and power equipment — We bring the extension cords. You just provide the outlet.
Tour-grade Foresight launch monitor — the same caliber used by Tour-level instructors.

Step 3: Setup day

Our team arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time. Here’s what the setup process looks like:

  • Vehicle pulls up to the access point you’ve designated
  • Enclosure is unloaded, inflated, and anchored (stakes or water ballast depending on venue rules)
  • Launch monitor, projector, and screen are calibrated
  • Test swings confirm everything is tracking accurately
  • Game mode is configured based on your preferences

The whole process takes under 90 minutes. Larger XL setups or venues with complex access may take slightly longer — we’ll let you know in advance.

Step 4: During the event

Your on-site attendant manages everything from the first swing to the last. They’re not just there to press buttons — they coach beginners, run tournament formats, keep the rotation moving, and troubleshoot anything that comes up.

“Our attendants turn hesitant non-golfers into enthusiastic participants. That’s the whole job — making sure every guest has a great time, regardless of their skill level.”

Game modes available include full course play (hundreds of real courses), closest-to-the-pin contests, long drive competitions, target practice, and beginner-friendly mini games. Let us know your preferences when you book — the attendant will have everything ready.

Step 5: Breakdown

When your event time is up, we break down everything — enclosure, projector, launch monitor, cables, clubs, all of it. You don’t touch a thing. We’re usually fully packed up and off-site within 30–45 minutes of the event ending.

What we need from you

  • A clear setup area (see space requirements)
  • Vehicle access to the setup location
  • A standard 110V outlet within ~50 feet
  • The space clear when we arrive so we can get started on time

That’s it. Everything else is on us.

Frequently asked questions

How loud is the simulator during an event?
Very quiet — about the level of normal conversation. The impact screen absorbs most ball-strike noise. The projector and launch monitor are nearly silent. The simulator works comfortably next to dinner tables or live music.
What happens if the equipment malfunctions during the event?
Our on-site attendant handles all technical issues. Minor interruptions (reboots, calibration adjustments) are handled quickly on-site. In the rare case of a major malfunction, we work with you to make it right per our Rental Agreement.
Do I need to provide anything other than space and power?
Just a clear path for our delivery vehicle, access to a 110V outlet within ~50 feet, and the setup area clear when we arrive. We bring everything else — the simulator, clubs, balls, extension cords, and all equipment.
What launch monitor technology do you use?
We run a tour-grade Foresight launch monitor, paired with a bright HD projector and a tour-grade impact screen — the same caliber of monitor used by professional instructors and elite club fitters. Guests get accurate ball flight data, real course play, and high-resolution graphics.
